Every company has one complete profile. The top highlights key trust signals at a glance; below it lists the detailed registered data:

• core identity — company ID, VAT ID, registered address, legal form, registration date, court file reference and registry court,
• statutory bodies and signing rules, ownership structure and shares,
• business activities, NACE classification and trade licences,
• risk flags — insolvency, liquidation and unreliable VAT payer status — always with source and check date,
• former company names and links to official sources (ARES, justice.cz, document collection).

Profiles of both active and dissolved companies stay available, so history remains searchable.

How to search

You can search by company name or by company ID. An eight-digit ID opens the company profile directly; a text query returns a list of matching subjects ranked by relevance.

Public search results show active companies; dissolved subjects remain available through the direct company detail by ID.

Where the data comes from

We rely only on official Czech open data sources:

• the public register and ARES, which provide core and business details about companies,
• the Czech Statistical Office register of economic subjects (RES), which provides activity classifications and territorial data.

We do not scrape third-party websites. We work with official datasets and refresh them in regular cycles.

How we process the data

Source data is normalized and published so the site presents a consistent, complete profile. Company profiles refresh as source datasets become available; registry changes also refresh connected data such as statutory bodies and business activities.

Every company has a stable URL in the /company-ID/company-name format, so links keep working even after a company is renamed.

About data accuracy

Data is taken from public sources and shown for orientation, without a guarantee of completeness or current legal status. There can be a delay between a change at the source and its appearance on rejstr.cz. For legally binding purposes, always use the official source; ARES, justice.cz and document collection links are available directly from each company profile.

Privacy first

rejstr.cz does not publish birth numbers, does not create public personal profiles and does not support people search. For people connected to a company, we show only what is needed to understand the role; birth dates are not shown beyond the year and residential addresses of individuals are not published.
