What does the text-similarity percentage mean?
The 0–100 percentage expresses character overlap after removing legal forms, accents and punctuation. CZ/EU markers remain in this calculation: HSM CZ versus HSM scores 75%, while HSM versus hsm, s.r.o. scores 100%. This is not a probability of registration. CZ/EU suffixes may still fail to distinguish a name; collision reasons are assessed separately.
At what percentage does name similarity become risky?
For quick orientation, we highlight 90–100% as very high text similarity and 85–89% as a manual-review band. The overall impression, pronunciation and distinctive elements still matter.
Who decides whether a company name is accepted?
