rejstr.cz is a free information service built on public open data. By using the website, you acknowledge the following terms.

About the service

rejstr.cz presents information about Czech companies from official government open data in an accessible form. DORNIS s.r.o., Czech company ID 24061174, operates the service and is the personal-data controller. Product or group attribution to FIRMIN does not change that designation.

Nature of the data

We reproduce data from public sources for information purposes and do not guarantee that it is complete, correct or current. There may be a delay between a change in an official source and its appearance on rejstr.cz.

Always use the relevant official source for legally binding purposes. Company profiles link to ARES, justice.cz and the Collection of Deeds where available.

Permitted use

You may use the website for your own information and verification needs. You must not overload the service, scrape content in bulk, bypass technical restrictions, or use the data in breach of law or third-party rights, particularly data-protection rights.

The public API and MCP interface may be used without a key at low volume; an optional public API key only increases the quota. You must not evade rate limits, disclose non-public internal keys, attempt to access internal personal-data endpoints without authorisation, or use the public API to build profiles of individuals.

The company-name check is an indicative text comparison against current names of active entities. It is not legal advice or a registry-court decision and does not by itself check misleading names, trade marks, domains or social-media names.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss caused by relying on displayed data or by temporary unavailability. You remain responsible for decisions based on rejstr.cz data.

rejstr.cz does not provide legal, tax, credit or other professional assessment of a person or company. Its outputs must not be the sole basis for automated decisions about an individual.

Changes to these terms

We may reasonably update these terms to reflect the operation of the service and applicable law. The current text is always published on this page.
