A Czech national trade mark applies in Czechia and is administered by the Czech Industrial Property Office.
One application can obtain unitary protection across every EU Member State. An EUTM has no separate “Czech part”.
International WIPO registrations, unregistered signs, company names and other earlier rights may also be relevant.
